Happy What Day?

One of those random phrases that’s popped up and entered the modern vernacular. It’s a celebration that we’re all half way through the week. Now, I’m all for finding a silver lining in life but really? I mean come on now. We’re actually celebrating this?
Personally whoever coined the phrase “Hump Day” needs a bit of a dig in the ribs. Overselling it much?
Hands up who first thought that this was either a) National Hunchback Awareness day, b) a day each week where we’re all encouraged to, well, hump or c) a celebration of my humps, my lovely lady lumps? (well not mine specifically – I mean they’re good but they’re not that good! 
)

Agreed Dena, it’s just another day of the week. It’s even worse than the ‘Oh no, it’s Monday’ brigade!
If your life is that dull that you have to count down days to the weekend quite so enthusiastically, it’s probably time for a new hobby, job, life, whatever
